So last Sunday I was in “church” engaged in worship, hands lifted eyes closed focusing on expressing my heart toward my LORD singing along with the rest of my fellow worshipers. We were singing and the words “LORD we adore you” kept being repeated. As I sang along I found myself focused on the word “adore”. What on earth, I thought, does this word really mean?

Suddenly words like love, worship, esteem, and respect as a way to define “adore” seemed to general, distant and shallow. I kept focusing on a way to bring some practicality to the meaning of the word “adore”. I asked the Holy Spirit to give me meaning as HE would like me to understand. As I again repeated, along with the entire church, “LORD we adore you” the Holy Spirit gave me this:

As we move into a New Year I am impressed to write to you in order to reinforce the Words of our Creator, my LORD Jesus that HE wants to place in our hearts and minds and remembrance in order to prepare us for what HE has in store for us this New Year.

“In Him I live and move and have my being”

“Everything we do, do it as unto the LORD”

“What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?”

“I am the True Vine, and My Father is the Vinedresser.
Any branch in Me that does not bear fruit [that stops bearing] He cuts away (trims off, takes away); and He cleanses and repeatedly prunes every branch that continues to bear fruit, to make it bear more and richer and more excellent fruit.
You are cleansed and pruned already, because of the word which I have given you [the teachings I have discussed with you].
Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you. [Live in Me, and I will live in you.] Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me.
I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.
If a person does not dwell in Me, he is thrown out like a [broken-off] branch, and withers; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire, and they are burned.
If you live in Me [abide vitally united to Me] and My words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.
When you bear (produce) much fruit, My Father is honored and glorified, and you show and prove yourselves to be true followers of Mine.
I have loved you, [just] as the Father has loved Me; abide in My love [continue in His love with Me].
10 If you keep My commandments [if you continue to obey My instructions], you will abide in My love and live on in it, just as I have obeyed My Father’s commandments and live on in His love.
11 I have told you these things, that My joy and delight may be in you, and that your joy and gladness may be of full measure and complete and overflowing.
12 This is My commandment: that you love one another [just] as I have loved you.
13 No one has greater love [no one has shown stronger affection] than to lay down (give up) his own life for his friends.
14 You are My friends if you keep on doing the things which I command you to do.”                                                          John 15: 1-14
Do not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside.) [He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God.] For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap.
For he who sows to his own flesh (lower nature, sensuality) will from the flesh reap decay and ruin and destruction, but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.
And let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint.
10 So then, as occasion and opportunity open up to us, let us do good [morally] to all people [not only being useful or profitable to them, but also doing what is for their spiritual good and advantage]. Be mindful to be a blessing, especially to those of the household of faith [those who belong to God’s family with you, the believers].
Galatians 6: 7-10
“Be still and know that I AM God.”

“ But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides. So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.”
Matt 6:33

We are living in a time of accelerated change and with that accelerated change comes God’s accelerated grace. It is like Jesus is saying to us, “I am releasing a wave of extraordinary grace that will see you through the weeks and months ahead.  For, I will indeed empower you to do what is necessary to fulfill that which is required of you.  This is a time to lean on Me for strength and wisdom.  Do not forget that I am your help in times of trouble, so you must not depend on your own understanding.  Rather, rise up in the supernatural realm of the Spirit to gain insight and spiritual support, says the Lord.  2 Corinthians 12:9  And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I for one, will rather boast in my weakness, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

HIS Grace is enabling and empowerment, and the anointing is that which empowers us to live in victory.

I believe that in 2013 we can Expect The Unexpected.

Unexpected blessings will take place.

Unexpected manifestations of the gifts of the Holy Spirit will take place.

Unexpected signs and wonders will take place.

Unexpected opportunities will present themselves;
all for HIS glory and for the expansion of HIS Kingdom.

In expecting the unexpected we cry out [make this our declaration]

Jesus, Jesus no one more awesome, more divine, more true, more faithful, “LORD we
